UNED Madrid appoints Effectia to develop its Strategic Plan
Effectia will develop UNED Madrid’s Strategic Plan for the 2024–2026 period, with the aim of helping to drive its transformation, positioning and marketing initiatives over that period.
UNED Madrid has appointed Effectia to develop its Strategic Plan for the 2024–2026 period with the aim of making it a driver of transformation, positioning and marketing initiatives during that period. The ultimate goal of the process is to improve market positioning, strengthen the centre’s growth and stakeholder satisfaction, and increase in-person participation and attendance among current and prospective students.
UNED Madrid is a consortium involving Madrid City Council, the Community of Madrid and the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED), with the Rector of UNED serving as Chair of the Governing Board.
UNED itself is the largest public university in Spain both in terms of student numbers and academic offering, as well as the largest campus in Europe. For 50 years, it has worked to make high-quality higher education universally accessible through a sector-leading hybrid or blended learning model combining online and in-person teaching.
