Effectia takes part in Science Week with an interactive online workshop on developing research and innovation talent

Effectia is taking part in Science Week by offering an online workshop designed to help researchers develop their scientific and innovative talent. The session will take place on 6 November at 5:00 p.m. and will explore, in a dynamic and participatory way, how to identify and develop the key elements needed to build a professional profile based on scientific and innovative talent.

The workshop will last approximately an hour and a half. Following a welcome from CEO Lorena Muñoz, Luis Boada, head of the Technical Office of the Digital Humanities and Spanish Language Technologies Cluster of the Community of Madrid and a specialist consultant at Effectia, will present the Study on Talent Demand in AI and Digital Humanities.

This will be followed by the “Design Your Talent” workshop, led by Ximena Muñoz, Director of the Design Thinking Institute, which will provide tools for creating effective strategies to identify and develop talent in highly competitive environments. The interactive session aims to help each participant identify and shape their own profile and use it to achieve greater professional success.
